Using a variety of therapeutic instruments; such as crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more. This immersive experience invites the nervous system to slow down and the mind to release habitual tension... each and every month.
Please arrive 10 min early in comfortable clothing, all props listed below are provided for you.
