Bathed in soft candlelight and surrounded by the quiet beauty of the season, you'll be guided through a calming journey of poetry, sound and gentle rhythms weaving a tapestry of deep relaxation and release. This is a time to slow down, reflect and reconnect with with yourself amidst the scared stillness of the season
